Seats, seat backs, and tabletops are available in a number of different styles, including perforated metal, a diamond-pattern grid, welded strips, and an expended metal grid in a crisscross pattern. Many designs also allow for a certain amount of customization, allowing you to add your own special touch to our designs. All our metal benches and tables are constructed with steel tube frames that are precision manufactured using high-grade strip steel for exceptional durability. The steel tubing is hot-dip galvanized using our own patented in-line Flo Coat process. The Flo Coat dip process coats each tube with zinc, a conversion coating, and a clear, organic polymer top coat. This high-power dip forms a triple layer of protection on the frame against corrosion and abrasion.
Once assembled, all our outdoor furniture is covered in a copolymer-based thermoplastic powder coating. This thermoplastic coating is completely environmentally safe, and it will not fade, crack, peel, warp, or lose its color. Thermoplastic also has the best adhesion rate of any other coating, which keeps the metal base of the furniture completely free from corrosion. Additionally, thermoplastic is easy to repair and maintain. Thermoplastic actually heals itself; cuts will mend themselves when heated with a heat gun. Graffiti is no match for vandals; spray paint just washes right off with WD-40™.
