Terms & Conditions

Returns / Exchanges

We Accept Returns on Defective Merchandise.  We Do Not accept exchanges.  WE pay the shipping charges on returns for Defective Merchandise.

Damages

Inspect all pallets before signing for them. Note any outer damage on packing slip.
Do Not Refuse Delivery (if delivery is refused, the inspection process can take 2-4 weeks!)
If items arrive damaged from shipping, please contact us by email and send photos.  We will replace the items damaged or send repair kit if needed.  Small dings and scrapes to the coating and paint can be repaired and do not void the Warranty.  Email us for a repair kit if needed.

We accept Major Credit Cards, Money Orders, Checks, e-checks, and Official School District Purchase Orders.
We use Authorize.net (a Visa company) to process all transactions. Employees of this company do not have access to your credit card information.
